1: Labour Or Love (11 Nov 90)

Lord Meldrum threatens to make Teddy work in his factory if he doesn't marry Madge Cartwright. Lady Lavender is keeping a large amount of money hidden under her bed. Alf plots to get his hands on some of the cash.

2: Trouble At The Mill (18 Nov 90)

Teddy has been chasing some of the young girls at the factory. His amorous activities cause a walk-out of the staff. Alf is still trying to get his hands on Lady Lavender's money.

3: Money Talks (25 Nov 90)

Alf comes into money after Lady Lavender throws her cash out of her bedroon window.

4: The Meldrum Vases (2 Dec 90)

The Bishop is holding an auction to raise money for Distressed Gentlewomen. Lord Meldrum donates three antique vases. Unfortunately, Alf has hidden some of Lady Lavender's money in one of them. He sets out to retrieve the cash, while James and Ivy try to stop him.

5: The Wounds Of War (9 Dec 90)

Alf tells Sir Ralph that Lord Meldrum is incapable of having an affair with Lady Angela because of an old war wound. He also manages to convince Mrs Lipton that his wife is responsible for delays in his (nonexistent) divorce proceedings. James agrees to take Ivy to the cinema.

6: Stranger In The Night (16 Dec 90)

A man arrives at the house, on the run from the police. It's revealed that he is James' father. The staff agree to hide him until he can leave the country.

7: Royal Flush (23 Dec 90)

The King and Queen of Dalmatia are coming to dinner. Noel Coward will also be a guest. Mrs Lipton is excited at the prospect of a 'grand dinner', until she learns that someone else will be doing the catering.
