Summary
Ray Wilson (David Bradley) is a single parent with five children and a drink problem.
Eldest daughter Dilly (Sophie Stanton) has brought up her brothers and sisters since her mother was knocked down and killed by a bus.
The other Wilson children are Dougie (Jake Wood), Jo (Elizabeth Woodcock), Poppy (Ophelia Lovibond) and Jason (Michael Tuceck).
About the only thing that unites the Wilsons is their opinion that their social worker Colin (Julian Rhind-Tutt) is a "complete waste of space"
