Summary
Max Wild (Ray Brooks) is bored with his life and with his job, so he hankers for the "good old days" back in the 1950s, when he was a Teddy Boy. He fancies himself as the "last of the red hot Rock 'n' Rollers".
He wants to recapture his "lost youth", so he dresses himself in his old drainpipe trousers and crepe-soled shoes and goes out looking for "excitement".
He leaves behind his wife Babs (Janet Key) and his student daughter Stephanie (Michelle Collins).
