Summary
Henry Nunn (Robin Bailey) is a librarian who is well and truly henpecked by his lazy wife Sybil.
Henry sees no prospect of any improvement in his lot, until his Uncle Crisipin dies and leaves him a house and some money.
The house is situated in the Black Country town of Stackley, where Henry spent some of the happiest years of his life.
Throwing caution to the winds, Henry resigns from his job, leaves his wife and goes off to live in his new home in Stackley.
