Summary
Pete Dodds (Robert Lindsay) is a boxer who is determined to 'get to the top'.
His trainer, Dave Locket (Ken Jones) finds Dodds irritating, but recognises his potential, as does manager Tom Sprake (Lee Montague).
During the course of two series, Pete Dodds progresses from local bouts to the British Middleweight Championship.
