Summary

Eli Pledge (Jimmy Jewel) is an elderly bachelor with an eye for the ladies. His sister Nellie (Hylda Baker) is a spinster.

When their father dies, the brother and sister are left a run-down pickle factory in his will.

The pair's task of keeping the pickle factory running isn't made any easier by the fact that they can't stand one another and spend most of their time bickering.
