Summary
Ted Butler (Russ Abbott) is a shoe salesman married to the plastic, sex-mad Pam (Susan Kyd). They have two children, Nikki (Lucy Blakely) and Lee (Peter England), and a large, soppy dog.
Other regular characters are the Butlers' next-door neighbours, Steve (Hugh Bonneville) and Judy Hollingsworth (Julie Dawn Cole).
This programme was a very much sanitised attempt at a UK remake of the long-running US sitcom, Married ... With Children. It wasn't particularly successful, so only a single series was made.
