Summary
Jane Wainwright (Trevyn Mcdowell) is the "Club Leader" at an inner-city youth club whcich caters mainly for children from "ethnic minorities".
Prominent among the youths who attend the club is Trevor (Robert McKewley), who is usually referred to by his nickname, "Too Bad". He tends to get the blame for any problems in and around the club, but he's not the "bad lad" people make him out to be.
