Summary
Mel (Penny Bunton), Claire (Pippa Heywood), Bob (Jason Watkins), Jim (James Simmons) and Murray (Tony Gardner) are five people who were at university together.
Fifteen years later, they are still close friends.
Bob is a lecturer who is married to Mel (a social worker).
Jim is a photographer who is now married to Claire (a philosophy teacher).
Murray is a doctor who is still single and lives with his mother.
All five have the feeling that they are growing old too quickly without realising their full potential.
Their time together is spent in fruitless attempts to recapture lost youth.
