Summary
Samuel Foster (Norman Beaton) and his wife Pearl (Isabelle Lucas) are immigrants fron Guyana who now live in a tower block in London.
They have three children - Sonny (Lenny Henry), Benjamin (Lawrie Mark) and Shirley (Sharon Rosita).
This programme was a UK version of the US sitcom Good Times. The latter was a spin-off from Maude, which was itself a spin-off from All In The Family, the US version of the UK sitcom Till Death Us Do Part.
