Summary
Jack Mowbray (Richard Griffiths) and Hugo Walker (Benjamin Whitrow) are the owners of an upmarket wine merchants.
To begin with, business goes well and the pair can spend their time living it up.
Then the recession means that they have to resign themselves to some hard work.
They find it very difficult to adjust to their new lifestyle and business doesn't go well.
Their bank manager insists on sending a troubleshooter, Alan (Robin Kermode), to help them to sort out the business.
In the second series, Jack and Hugh are working in a supermarket run by Mrs Gosling (Gabrielle Drake),
