Summary

Herbert Todhunter (Robert Morley) is a bigoted, ignorant snob who spends much of his time ranting and raving about declining standards and the geneeral unfairness of everyday life.

He lives on a houseboat on the Thames with his brother-in-law, Partridge (Robert Raglan), who is probably the only person alive who's prepared to put up with Todhunter's overbearing nature.
