Summary
Tom Bowler (Donald Churchill) wanders through life leaving chaos in his wake. He's an eternal optimist who is totally oblivious to the problems he causes for everyone around him.
Tom's girlfriend Sandra (Amanda Barrie) somehow manages to find ways of coping with his "relaxed" attitude to life.
