Summary

Jack Hoxton (Nigel Davenport) is a middle-aged widower who runs a boatyard.

His children, Les (John Prince) and Billy (David Jansen), are far from happy when he starts seeing Dixie (Sheila White), a woman half his age.

They are even less happy when Jack and Dixie go off and get married.
