Stan (Norman Tipton) and Sheila (Claire Faulconbridge) move into their new house and find two hippies, Jimmy (Paul Nicholas) and Flo (Su Pollard), squatting upstairs.
Stan and Sheila find it impossible to get rid of the interlopers straight away, so they decide to make the best of things and share the house, at least for the time being.
