Angie Botley (Julia Foster) wants everyone to be happy, so she does her best to help people. As often as not, however, her efforts bring chaos rather than happiness.
While working as a masseuse in a sauna parlour, she meets TV personality Eustace Morrow (Peter Barkworth). he takes a fancy to her and offers her a job as his secretary.
