Set in Luton during the mid-1970s, Days Like These is about the lives of a group of teenagers and their parents.
This programme was a UK adaptation of a US sitcom called That Seventies Show.
The first series should have been made up of thirteen episodes, but the programme was pulled from the schedules (because of very poor viewing figures) after only six had been transmitted.
Some of the remaining episodes were shown in a much later timeslot at irregular intervals.
The last three episodes weren't transmitted during the original series run,.but were shown when the proograame was repeated by ITV in 2002.
