Summary
Gilly Bell (Louisa Rix) is a widow with a teenage daughter, Katie (Mia Fothergill). She lives next door to Vince Tulley (Gareth Hunt) and his wife Stella (Julia Deakin).
Vince and Gilly constantly find themselves at odds because of his obsession with making unsuitable "improvements" to his property.
