Kenny Gupta (Sanjeev Bhaskar) is sent to Mumbai to sort out Teknobable, a callcentre recently acquired by his boss as part of a takeover deal.
He has to work with Dev Raja (Nitin Ganatra), who has been spending more time on his own 'sidelines' than on running the call centre.
He's joined by Terri Johnson (Daisy Beaumont) who has been sent from London to carry out an assessment of the call centre's operation.
