Summary
Harry (Harry Worth) is a mild-mannered, well-meaning man who lives in the small town of Woodbridge.
He frequently finds himself at odds with "authority", trying to represent the interests of "the little man". Unfortunately, he tends make problems worse rather than solving them. His bumbling, dithery incompetence means that he spreads havoc wherever he goes.
