Summary
Terry (Terry Scott) and Norman (Norman Vaughan) are two struggling actors who take jobs as Entertainment Officers in the small seaside town of Bogmouth.
The two men do their best to "liven up" the sleepy little resort, but they are frequently thwarted by Councillor Bland (Henry Longhurst).
Terry falls for the Councillor's daughter (Marcia Ashton).
