Summary

Gabrielle Dragon (Peggy Mount) starts a new job as housekeeper for Colonel Maynard (John Le Mesurier).

She doesn't get on with the chauffeur, George Russell (Sid James) and they spend most of their time arguing.

Colonel Maynard and his gardener, Ralph (Keith Marsh) do their best to keep the peace between housekeeper and chauffeur.
