Summary

Joe Jones (Roy Kinnear) is a typical 'cowboy' builder. His motto could well be "If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing wrong".

His workforce consists of Geyser (Colin Welland), Wobbly Ron (David Kelly) and Eric (James Wardroper). Every one of them is a master of "the art of the cockup".

This was the first sitcom from Peter Learmouth, later to write Surgical Spirit and Let Them Eat Cake.
