Summary
Desmond "Olivier" Dingle (Patrick Barlow) is the founder, chief executive and artistic director of "National Theatre Of Brent", a two-man theatre company funded by an Arts Council grant of 250 pounds a year.
With the help of an assistant, he travels around London performing in shopping precincts and small halls.
Most of the performances involves truncated versions of "major" productions such as "Lawrence Of Arabia", "The Greatest Story Ever Told" and Wagner's "Ring" cycle.
