Summary

Widowed Dora Page (Dora Bryan) has to work to earn money for herself and her son Ronnie (David Howe). She works in a sausage factory owned and run by Julius Cannon (Ivor Dean).

Other regular characters include Glad (Pat Ashton), Maudie (Wendy Richard) and Flo (Deddie Davies).
